Irvin “Pete” Brock is a retired physician serving 20 years of active duty in the USAF. He enlisted at 18, is a Viet Nam era veteran, and was honorably discharged. He subsequently attended UC Davis graduating with a BS in Physiology and attended medical School at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He returned to active duty after attending medical school and served in clinical, academic, operational, and senior leadership positions. He served as the 325th Medical Operations squadron commander and deputy 325th Medical group commander at Tyndall AFB, Panama City Florida. In addition, he served as the 332th Medical Group Commander at Al Jabar AB, Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded the Bronze Star. After retirement he served as the deputy chief of Psychiatry for VISN 16 VA Healthcare Center, followed by private practice, and finally served for 9 years as a senior physician executive with United Health Group. Since being fully retired he has pursued his passion for digital photography, videography, and content creation.
